Interesting approach to empower the lowest 1%
The headline article in http://paper.li/HomeCareReport/1335447647#/ is The Future of Not Working sourced from a New York Time Magazine article https://www.nytimes.com/2017/02/23/magazine/universal-income-global-inequality.html written by Annie Lowrey on Feb. 23, 2017. "As automation reduces the need for human labor, some Silicon Valley executives think a universal income will be the answer — and the beta test is happening in Kenya." I look forward to reading more about the results of this approach.
